DISPUTE RESOLUTION
1. Introduction
This Dispute Resolution document describes how the Licensee, Middle Kang B.V. (operator of https://www.tambet724.com), handles disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including escalation paths. It supplements (and should be read together with) the Player Complaints Policy and Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Licence Verification
The Licensee operates under CGA licence number OGL/2024/2267/1181, issued on. The current licensing status may be verified via the CGA licensee register.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In accordance with Article 5.5 of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) and Section 3.2 of the CGA Policy Guideline on Terms and Conditions (April 2026), the contractual relationship between you and the Licensee is governed by the laws of Curaçao, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with that relationship shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, without prejudice to the internal complaint-handling procedure set out in Section 5 below and any alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) mechanism in force from time to time.

The Licensee's internal complaint-handling procedure is set out in full in the Player Complaints Policy, available at Website. In summary:
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Where the Licensee's internal complaint-handling procedure has been exhausted, players are entitled to escalate to a CGA-certified ADR provider (the “ADR Provider”), free of charge. The current ADR Provider, its contact details and the scope of its remit are published at Website and are included in the Terms and Conditions. The appointed ADR Provider is EGIS – FZCO, reachable at [email protected].
7. Regulatory Escalation to the CGA
The CGA does not mediate individual disputes. However, a player who believes that the Licensee has breached a regulatory obligation may contact the CGA via its official complaint channel. Details are provided in the Player Complaints Policy and published on the Website.
8. Court Proceedings
Nothing in this document or in the internal complaint-handling procedure prevents a player from commencing proceedings before the competent courts of Curaçao in accordance with Section 3 above, or from exercising any rights of redress afforded by mandatory provisions of Curaçao consumer-protection law.
9. Record-Keeping
The Licensee maintains records of all complaints (resolved, unresolved and escalated) for at least five (5) years, or longer where required by applicable law, and such records are made available to the CGA upon request.
