FAIRNESS AND RNG TESTING METHODS

FAIRNESS AND RNG TESTING METHODS

1. Introduction

Middle Kang B.V. (the “Licensee”), operator of https://www.tambet724.com, is committed to fair play. This document describes, in summary form, the Licensee's approach to fairness, random number generation (“RNG”), game-result determination and the resolution of discrepancies, in compliance with Section 14 of the CGA Policy Guideline on Terms and Conditions (April 2026) and the Licensee's Licence Conditions.

2. Fairness Statement

All games offered on the Website are provided by licensed or certified game suppliers and are operated in a manner that, to the best of the Licensee's knowledge and belief, is fair to players. Randomised game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. Outcomes of non-RNG products (fixed-odds betting, live-dealer games) are determined in accordance with Sections 5 and 6 of this document.

3. RNG Certification

The Licensee procures games only from suppliers whose RNG implementations have been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Certification covers, at a minimum:

  • the statistical randomness of the RNG output (distribution, independence, non-predictability);
  • the absence of patterns that would permit a player or third party to predict future outcomes;
  • the integrity of the mapping between RNG output and in-game events (e.g., reel symbols, card draws);
  • the resilience of the RNG and its surrounding systems to unauthorised manipulation.

The Licensee maintains copies of current RNG certification reports from each relevant testing laboratory. Certification reports are retained by the Licensee and made available to the CGA upon request.

4. Return-to-Player (RTP) and Game Information

For each casino game offered, the theoretical return-to-player percentage (RTP) and the pay-table are published by the relevant game supplier. The Licensee does not alter the RTP configurations provided by its suppliers save where explicitly permitted by the supplier and disclosed to players in advance.

5. Fixed-Odds Betting — Determination of Results

Where fixed-odds betting is offered on the Website, the following principles apply:

  • odds are generated by the Licensee's trading system or sourced from licensed odds-feed providers;
  • settlement of markets is based on official results published by the relevant competition organiser, league, federation or data provider;
  • where official results are corrected or amended after initial settlement, the Licensee may resettle the affected markets in accordance with the published market-specific rules;
  • discrepancies between quoted odds and settled results are resolved in accordance with the cancellation-and-change rules set out in the Terms and Conditions (Section 8);
  • bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds (e.g., “palpable error”) may be voided and the stake refunded.

6. Live-Dealer and Live-Studio Games

For live-dealer and live-studio products:

  • results are determined in real time by the physical play of each round (deal of cards, spin of wheel, roll of dice) conducted by a qualified dealer in a certified live-studio environment;
  • each round is video-recorded and logged for audit purposes;
  • where a dealer error, equipment malfunction or studio interruption affects the outcome of a round, the round may be voided in whole or in part, and stakes refunded or positions restored, in accordance with Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions;
  • live-dealer providers are required to operate under their own regulatory framework and their systems are subject to audit by accredited testing laboratories.

7. Other Non-RNG Products

For any other non-RNG product offered on the Website (for example, virtual sports based on published mathematical models, peer-to-peer poker, tournament products), the rules for determining results and for resolving discrepancies are published in the game-specific or product-specific rules, accessible from within the relevant game lobby.

8. Integrity Controls

The Licensee operates a range of controls designed to preserve the integrity of the Services, including (without limitation):

  • secure change-management over game deployments;
  • monitoring and logging of game sessions, wagers, transactions and settlement events;
  • separation of duties between game operations, finance, compliance and security functions;
  • incident-management procedures for addressing suspected fairness, RNG or integrity issues;
  • reporting of material integrity incidents to the CGA in accordance with applicable Licence Conditions.

9. Player Queries and Complaints

Players who have any question or concern regarding the fairness of a game, the determination of a result, or the operation of the RNG may contact the Licensee at [email protected]. Complaints concerning fairness are handled in accordance with the Player Complaints Policy and the Dispute Resolution framework.

10. Amendments

The Licensee reviews this document periodically and updates it to reflect changes in its supplier base, its certification partners, and applicable regulatory requirements. The current version is published at all times on the Website.
